Rose red hardy mid-season semi-evergreen tetraploid. Very tall at 40".  The 5-1/2" bloom has a reddish band above a yellow throat. 3-4 way branching and 22 buds.

This flower has been a favorite by visitors in our seeding beds with enough requests for it to be named and introduced.
