37" tall mid-late season extending bloom with 5.5" flower.
Trail of Tears is a nicely ruffled pink self with a yellow to green throat. Semi-evergreen.
Blooms hold well into evening.
Trail of Tears is a tetraploid cross from Bermuda Coral
and Oldfields Wishful Thinking.
Trail of Tears is named in memory of Cherokee
Indians who perished during the marches from Georgia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee to Indian Territory (Oklahoma) (1837-38).
